Acutally, the 1/3off coupons expire on April 30th. THey do have great prices though. I just used a $50 dollar off coupon off a minimum of $100 purchase, that's 50% off, hehe...

They do have great prices, but I'll be damned if they can get your order right. Just igve give the quick rundown of my experience with carparts.com....

In January I ordered 6 things: Indiglo guages, NOS kit, Jamex shock/spring kit, civic badge, FU strut brace.

Everything came nice and promptly (had all of it in about 3-4 weeks) but instead of indiglo guages for my 93 civic, I got clear corners for a 94+ integra. WTF!? They took care of it, no big deal.

I'm inspecting my shocks and notice that the front left is different from the front right (normal) I also notice that the front left is BLOWN (not normal). I called to exchange and since Jamex left the US I ordered some Tociko Illuminas (@ 33% off I couldn't pass it up). They sent me a packing list that showed they shipped 4 shocks along with a box that hod only 3 shocks in it. I had to call like 4 times to try and get it straightened out. Finally the 4th person fixes the problem by refunding me for the 4th shock.....I WANT FOUR SHOCKS, NOT A REFUND!! So I had to call AGAIN. This time I actually got someone to send me out a shock, which I recieved at the end of march. So, it took 3 F***ing months to get my order fulfilled. I understand that stuff happens, but the whole mess would have been cleared up if their customer service had a little consistency. I called or was called by carparts.com like 15 times and I talked to probably 12 different people. sheesh!

I'd say that overall, carparts.com is pretty good. Everyone was nice to me and the prices are great. Just be aware of the fact that returning merchandise to an online store is a pain in the a$$.

Yes, the service there sucks. DON'T order over the net, call it in. Then call back twice each day until it is shipped. Its a pain, but I did save almost $100 of their prices, so more like $50 over the otherwise best price.

I just e-mailed them about gauge prices as well as a price for a triple pod. I didn't see the 2" A/F, and fuel pressure gauges on their webpage so I asked them for prices. I already have the 2" boost gauge.

    cfjohnson,

That's a funny story. I'm sure we've all been through something similar.
